Mixed greens salad with house vinaigrette.
COURSE TWO:
Petit filet mignon over creamy mashed potatoes with asparagus.
Stuffed chicken with spinach, prosciutto, and fontina cheese, topped with sundried tomato cream sauce over polenta.
Blackened grilled salmon over vegetable fried rice, topped with sweet chili sauce.
Toasted quinoa, lentil and diced vegetables pilaf.

THE LEGACY
Best known for their annual Breast Cancer Awareness event, Pink Witches Night Out, the Kathy Olenowski Foundation was founded by Meg Olenowski as a tribute to her mother, Kathy.
In 2011, Kathy, a Denville business owner and true pillar of the community, lost her short but courageous battle with thyroid cancer. She was only 55 years old and left behind a loving family, many friends, and a community that held her in the highest regard.
Meg and her father, John Olenowski, knew Kathy would want them to carry on her legacy of kindness and compassion. Pink Witches Night Out was founded by Kathy's daughter, Meg Olenowski. She wanted to create a fun event as a way to honor people we have lost and celebrate those going through the fight.
